Q: Where can I save a report being filed electronically?
A: A filer can electronically save the filing to his/her computer hard drive, a network drive, or other appropriate storage device. By clicking on the “Save” button a standard dialog box will appear to allow you to choose the location for your saved report. Once the report is saved, the “Submit” button will become available. A filer may also want to print a paper copy for your financial institution’s records.
A filer should NOT save a copy of the report on a public computer or a computer that is not regularly accessed by the filer. This will ensure that the file remains appropriately secured.
