Q:  How will NCUA notify a federal credit union if it is selected for a fair lending examination or off-site supervision contact?

A:     NCUA’s Office of Consumer Financial Protection and Access (OCFPA) will send a notification letter to your chief executive officer.  The letter will include an items needed list, loan officer questionnaire, and request for information about products and services offered by the credit union.   It will also include the name of an OCFPA staff contact who can answer any questions about the notification letter.
