Q:  What are the advertising exceptions for certain media?
 
A:  If an advertisement is made through one of the following media:
 
(i) Broadcast or electronic media, such as television or radio;
(ii) Outdoor media, such as billboards; or
(iii) Telephone response machines.
 
it need not contain the information in paragraphs:
 
(c)(1) – [i.e. variable rate statement],
(c)(2) – [i.e. time APY is offered statement],
(c)(4) – [i.e. minimum opening deposit statement],
(c)(5) – [i.e. effect of fees statement],
(c)(6)(ii) – [i.e. early withdrawal penalties statement],
(d)(4) – [i.e. minimum balance to open account if it is greater than the minimum balance to obtain the bonus statement], and
(d)(5) – [i.e. when the bonus will be provided statement]
