Q:  What information goes on the Loan Estimate form – page 3?

A:  Page 3 of the Loan Estimate contains Contact Information, a Comparisons table, an Other Considerations table, and, if desired, a Signature Statement for the consumer to sign to acknowledge receipt. (See § 1026.37(k), (l), (m), and (n))

(See section 14 (of the Bureau’s compliance guide) for more information about construction loans)
