Q:  What if the consumer amends the application and the creditor can now proceed?
 
A:  If a consumer amends an application and a creditor determines the amended application may proceed, then the creditor is required to comply with the Loan Estimate requirements, including delivering or mailing a Loan Estimate within three business days of receiving the amended or resubmitted application. (Comment 19(e)(1)(iii)-3)
