Q:   Do payments required for the provision of group health care benefits, including insurance premiums, include vision and dental benefits?
 
A:  Yes. Section 308 of the Economic Aid Act specifies that payroll costs include employer contributions for group life, disability, vision, and dental insurance benefits.
